Copyright Infringement Policy

AllThingsAdult.co.uk (“the Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

If you believe that any content hosted on this Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice in accordance with this Copyright Infringement Policy.

1. Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one), and you believe content uploaded to the Website infringes your rights, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:​

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or other identifying location of the allegedly infringing material
  • Your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

2. Response and Takedown

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:​

  • Promptly investigate the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, where appropriate
  • Notify the User who posted the content
  • Allow the User to submit a counter-notification, if applicable (see below)

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe the removed material was taken down in error, you may send a counter-notification that includes:​

  • Your name, address, and contact information
  • Identification of the material and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error or miss-identification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man

We may reinstate the material if we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not file legal action within 14 days.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated without further notice. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access in accordance with Isle of Man law and our Terms of Use.

5. Isle of Man Law Compliance

Although the DMCA is a United States law, we follow similar take down procedures to support international rights holders. We comply with:

  • The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as it applies in the Isle of Man)
  • The Law Reform Act 1997, Section 8, which provides protection to intermediaries that act promptly on complaints
  • Any lawful orders issued by the Isle of Man High Court, Information Commissioner, or competent authorities
