1. Submitting a Complaint
   
   Please email your complaint to admin@allthingsadult.co.uk.
   
   Complaints should ideally be submitted in writing to ensure clarity and documentation.
   
   
2. Initial Review Timeline
   
   All complaints will be reviewed, and a decision communicated within 7 business days.
   
   
3. Assessment and Appeal
   
   We will assess the complaint against our Terms & Conditions and applicable Isle of Man law. If your complaint is not upheld, you may submit an appeal, indicating the reasons for disagreement.
   
   
4. Final Outcome
   
   Once the appeal is resolved, any content deemed infringing, illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate will be removed from the website.
